1. Trip itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Overnight drive to Sapa
Morning: Welcome to Hanoi. Pick you up at the Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to the hotel in the city center. Check in at the hotel at 2pm.
Afternoon: Take time to rest or wander around. Watch a performance of traditional Water Puppet Show, an art form unique to northern Vietnam at around 5:30 pm. Have dinner at a local restaurant.
Evening: Take a night drive to Lao Cai - Sapa at around 9pm. The trip lasts for about 6 hours.

Day 2: Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Hau Thai Village
Morning: Take a rest at your hotel. Then go for breakfast at around 8:00 am and start a trekking day. Go through fields, streams, mountains on the way. Stop and have lunch at a local restaurant after 10 km of trekking.
Afternoon: Arrive in Hau Thai Village, meet local people and have dinner at their house. You can learn how to cook and prepare traditional meals.
Evening: Take a rest by yourself

Day 3: Hau Thao - Giang Ta Chai - Sapa - Hanoi
Morning: Trekking through bamboo forest and rice terrace in Sapa. Visit a nearby waterfall to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in Sapa.
Afternoon: Coming back to the town for lunch then taking the bus at around 3.00 pm from Sapa back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 10:00 pm.
Evening: Have a sleep at a hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay
Morning: Get picked up and transferred to Ha Long Bay by shuttle bus or private car at around 8:30 am. After 2,5 hour drive, you get to Ha Long Bay. Get on the cruise at about 12:00 am. Have buffet lunch on the cruise at about 12:30 pm
Afternoon: Enjoy beautiful scenery of the bay. Visit Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave) and Hang Luon, Titop Island. You can take a short trek to the top of the islands or go swimming. Get back to the cruise and enjoy a tea break on the deck before getting back to the land and preparing for a drive back to Hanoi.
Evening: Get to Hanoi and have dinner at a local restaurant. Take time to rest yourself.

Day 5: Hanoi Departure
Morning: Take time to rest yourself and wander around for shopping. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Check out the hotel before 12 am.
